We have two lots for sale within the Security Zone of Venezuela's eastern cryogenic complex: “Complejo Industrial Petrolero y Petroquímico de Jóse General José Antonio Anzoátegui”.
Both lots belong to “JÓSE C.A.” for over 40 years and are zoned for “INDUSTRIAL OIL AND PETROCHEMICHAL LAND USE” by Presidential Decree, as published in Gaceta Oficial Nº 37.459 on June 6, 2002, which rules the Security Zone of Venezuela's eastern cryogenic complex: “Plan de Ordenamiento de la Zona de Seguridad del Complejo Industrial Petrolero y Petroquímico de Jóse General José Antonio Anzoátegui”.

LOCATION:
Located within the Security Zone of Venezuela's eastern cryogenic complex. Limits to the North with the Interstate Highway Rómulo Betancourt, to the South with Fundo Jóse lands, to the East with National Guard lands, and to the West with Fundo Jóse lands. SEE MAP BELOW.
LAND USE:
Zoned for “INDUSTRIAL OIL AND PETROCHEMICHAL LAND USE” by Presidential Decree, as published in Gaceta Oficial Nº 37.459 on June 6, 2002, which rules the Security Zone of Venezuela's eastern cryogenic complex, UNIT ONE, SECTION ONE: “Terrestre Norte”, Subunit I.c. "Chacopata".
